Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IdleMine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IdleMine is an opt-in cryptocurrency mining platform that uses your device's idle CPU/GPU resources to mine cryptocurrencies (XMR, QUBIC, ALPH, and others). Users receive 70% of net mining rewards, IdleMine retains 25%, and 5% is allocated to referrers.

3. Opt-In Mining

All mining is strictly opt-in. You explicitly authorize IdleMine to use your computing resources when you install the software. You can stop mining at any time via the app settings or by uninstalling.

4. Hardware & Electricity

You acknowledge that mining consumes electricity and generates heat. You are responsible for all electricity costs and any hardware wear. IdleMine caps CPU usage at 50% by default to minimize impact.

5. Payouts

Mining rewards are calculated per share and distributed weekly via on-chain transfers. Minimum payout threshold: 0.004 XMR (~$0.68 USD). Payouts are sent to the wallet address you provide. IdleMine is not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect wallet addresses.

6. DeFi Services

IdleMine provides a frontend interface for Qubic smart contracts (QSwap, QX, Qearn, Vottun, QBond, QUsino, etc.). All transactions are executed on-chain and IdleMine does not custody user funds. An integrator fee of 0.2-0.5% is applied to each transaction.

7. Risks

• Cryptocurrency prices are volatile
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Smart contracts may contain bugs
• Mining profitability depends on network difficulty and coin prices
• You bear all risks related to your use of the Service

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. IdleMine disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IdleMine, VAULT 369 LTD, or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or hardware damage.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service on devices you do not own or have explicit permission to use. Installation on third-party devices without consent is strictly forbidden and may constitute a criminal offense.

11. Changes to Terms

IdleMine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
